St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center is a part of Franciscan Communities, which is an operating division of the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Service Corporation. Franciscan Communities operates more than 15 seniors living communities in nearly five states. The Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Service Corporation opened the first Catholic nursing home in Chicago in 1894. I have been trying to find out how my cousin Virginia Smith Conrad is and no one at your facility will tell me if she is still living. She has a birthday coming up May 13 and will be 71 years old and I wanted to send her a card. The person I spoke with was very rude.
