Founded in 1842, Ohio Wesleyan University, also known as OWU, provides educational services. It provides an undergraduate curriculum that includes the Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Bachelor of Music (BM). The university also offers combined-degree programs in the areas of medical technology, optometry, physical therapy and engineering. Ohio Wesleyan University includes more than 100 clubs and organizations. Additionally, the university operates a council on student affairs and provides opportunities in several sports activities, such as basketball, baseball, swimming, tennis, soccer, golf, and track and field.
