Great experience at this Auto Shop in Delavan. I highly recommend them for any car repairs or fixes, especially for luxury cars (I brought my BMW in to get serviced). Years of wasting money at the dealer and other mechanics made me pretty paranoid of auto repair shops, so I was really taken back by my wonderful experience at Advanced Auto Clinic. They really go out of their way to make the customer happy. Other shops in the area should take note. No wonder they have so many positive reviews. And I loved their waiting room! So clean and comfortable unlike other waiting rooms I have seen.
The manager Eric is the best. Josh is cool too. Great service on the car and exceptional customer service by both these guys which makes delavan auto stand out among all the other businesses. Definitely coming back here!
My car had electrical problems. . They charged me 9 hundred dollars and now my gas Gauge doesn't work! And my car still has a hard time starting! They said that they didn't break the car...And refused to fix it!!!!
Advanced Auto clinic in Delavan has taken care of my automobile neds for many years and I find them to be extremely professional, courteous and caring. As a single woman, it is important to me to work with an auto repair company that is trustworthy and I find them to be very trustworthy, efficient and honest. Took my car in for some routine maintenance and they took the time to look it over and let me know what should be done next, what can wait, and even took me out in the shop to show me what they were talking about. Spent much time just to make me feel comfortable. You will not find better service nor better people than at advanced auto clinic. I will never go anywhere else!!!!! Recommend to everyone.
Always dependable, efficient, and trustworthy. Clean shop and waiting area. I didn't feel the need to bring my own chair to sit in while I waited. Great service, great people!!!

These people are very good. They reward loyality too.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and paid $15.00 more than other individually owned shops in the area.
The shop is clean, but when someone wants an oil change, don't try to sell all the extra's like the car dealerships.
Want to send out reminders to you, so they can get more money.

Our oil changes have been $31.95 for three years. I don't believe there are other shops that will change your oil for $16.95. To justify our price, we top off ALL fluids, do a 36-point inspection of your vehicle, check all manufacturer-recommended services, and have ASE-certified techs performing all work. To insure the safety of you and your vehicle, we normally make recommendations as to what your vehicle needs however we never pressure the customer into purchasing the services recommended. Please be sure to take all factors into consideration before making your choice as to where to get your vehicle serviced.
When you want your vehicle repaired you want your answer straight, they'll tell you how it is. Not all the extra you really don't need at this visit.
