Always friendly. Set up appointments for oil changes and they are always on time. Have a f 150 pick up there techs took on all the work much cheaper than another shop in the area. Owning 4 cars they are a god send

Great friendly service.I was a Michelin tire man.I swore by them.Pep-boys installed Cooper tires and had be drive.I love these tires.The past 14 months I've had no problem and they still look,and drive Great.So thankful for the great service personal ,and knowledge they had.They sold me a better tire and saved me money.I almost forgot,the service after the sale is awesome.Thanks Pep-boys

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! My car was being fixed by mechanics that friends referred me to. After going to 3 different mechanics and getting all the big parts of the car fixed as they advised (none of which fixed the issue) and spending over $3, 000 the car still had the same initial problem. I went into the store and explained everything to Jared (the manager) and he ran some tests and said it was the fuel pump and filters which were supposedly changed out 3 times already. For the little money I thought I was saving by having these mechanics work on the car I could have saved myself time, energy and money by spending the extra little bit of cash upfront and having the work done here in the first place
