General Info

Active listening and engagement encompasses my style as a practitioner. My belief system includes; all people have the answers to the questions they ask of me, all people are capable of change, nothing makes change impossible. It is our resistance to change that results in the perception of hopelessness. I assist people in learning how to articulate the beliefs that have kept them stuck for weeks, months or even years. Once this resistance is exposed then a person becomes free to choose to change. This is when therapy quickens its pace and becomes the most beneficial.
