The son came out to repair a drivers side window, upon completion of the repair the door would not open from the inside. The son instructed me to bang on the door from the inside to dislodge the glass because he couldn't get it all and it somtimes gets stuck. He assured me that if it did not correct he would come back out to remedy it. He and his father are now stating that he did not agree to fix the problem and are charging us an additional "service charge." After telling me that we're just trying to f*#& him over. No, we just want a working door like it was before the "so-called" repair.
