Based in DeKalb, Ill., Walt LTD serves as a complete tooling, fabrication and welding job shop. The firm offers a range of services that include design, engineering, maintenance, machine or tooling reliability solutions, portable MIG (metal inert gas) and TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding, capability maturity model (CMM) certification and testing. Some of its equipment include computer numerical control (CNC) machines, vertical/horizontal milling machines, saws, drill presses, grinders and general machine shop conventional equipment. Walt LTD also engages in projects related to various fields, such as custom electrical connectors, robotic weld cells, custom pulley and packaging equipment.
