I will never use this business again. This guy is a crook. I requested a quote to have a new hot water heater and when I got my final bill it was DOUBLE what I was quoted. Not only that, the service techs lied about how long it took them to install the hot water heater and Scott then expected me to still pay the entire bill. It took a threat to call my lawyer to get him to adjust my bill.
