I expect people to do their best and unfortunately sometimes disappointed. Nothing could be further from this than our experience with the closet factory. Our designer Deborah listened to all of our thoughts and desires for the closets in our new home. My visions for our pantry prompted other closet vendors to refer that space to a custom design team. Not so with the closet factory. The design looked wonderful but the true test was when James and Andrew made each design into a beautiful masterpiece. We were impressed with every detail. The communication, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail were more than we imagined!

We are so very happy with our closets! MJ was great with the designs, the schedule department was puntual and sent messages, reminders, etc. But the cherry on top were the installers; Andriy and Ivan were amazing! They were so respectful, courteous, and professional. They did a super job! I recommend this company 100%

Alex and Lori and their team at Closet Factory are FIVE STAR!!! from first meeting to installation and completion, first class, professional and fun! the quality and final product far exceeded our expectations! they took the time to walk me through exactly what I wanted; even when I had no idea what that was. Alex counted my items, one by one, to make sure I had exactly the closet that would work for me. I can’t rave enough about these two gals! the icing on the cake was the professionalism of those crew! Shiraz and Carel showed up early and worked non stop to complete the project to perfection! I had the best experience designing and having my dream closet built by Closet Factory. From the moment I met my designer, Skylar Silverstein, I knew I was in good hands. I felt like she really listened to my needs and wants, and took it all into consideration when designing my space. She was readily available for any questions and changes I requested. The bond and connection I felt with her was a major deciding factor when choosing which company to go with (I met with several and I felt like the other company designers didn't really listen to me). Price was fair and what I expected for everything I wanted.

When it came time to do the build, I had to reschedule multiple times due to delays with my new home build, and they were very receptive and accommodating, and rescheduled me multiple times. Finally I closed on my new home and moved in, and it was time to get my closet done. Again, I was super lucky to have Akos Korcsok as my installer. He was extremely meticulous, detail-oriented and organized, and built everything according to the specified design. It took the full 3 days to complete my closet, and I could not be happier with the final product. I highly recommend Closet Factory, and specifically Skylar (designer) and Akos (installer), if you get the opportunity. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Danny B and his help went above and beyond to make my lego shelves right! He was diligent and extremely careful with my things! If Danny shows up at your house expect good quality workmanship.

Everything was amazing. Very professional. The only thing I didn’t like was one of the workers showed up without a mask and didn’t have it on the whole time.

I called Closet Factory to come and give us an estimate for our den/office area. Our neighbor had used Amy Mendez as their designer and highly recommended her. So we gave it a shot. We were highly impressed with her knowledge and design capability. She designed us a Murphy bed for our guest and a home office combo. We are very thrilled with the outcome and would recommend Amy to anyone looking for a true professional with design skills to tackle any design project

We are excited for our second baby but worried about not enough closet space. A friend recommended Shellie Miller from the Closet Factory to help plan for our expansion. She was AMAZING! So kind, excited and she was careful about our budgetary restrictions. My husband was really impressed with how much thought she put into planning everything and explaining cost differences.
