I have been a customer with Verizon for over 5 years. This week Simon provided me with excellent service at this store which I truly appreciated. His professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. He was courteous, patient, and willing to accommodate above and beyond what I would come to expect. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
