Lead-based paint testing for residential homes and targeted housing. We specialize in testing for EPA compliance in regards to the "RRP" law. We are EPA Florida certified lead inspectors. All inspections are done using a state of the art LPA-1 spectrum analyzer. A lead inspection is a surface by surface investigation to determine the presence of lead-based paint. Lead Testing Consultants (LTC) specializes in pre-renovation lead paint testing and recordkeeping for trade and remodeling contractors. On April 22 2010, the EPA issued a federal mandate requiring contractors renovating, repairing or painting targeted structures built before 1978, to test for lead or employ lead-safe practices. LTC can help contractors stay in compliance with the RRP rule. LTC also proforms lead paint inspections for realtors, homeowners and property managers. We do complete inspections using the inspection protocol in Chapter 7 of the HUD Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead-Based Paint Hazards in Housing (1997 Rev)
