I tried to shop small business but will not return to this place. I took in a chainsaw for an estimate on work and possible chain sharpening. They called the next day to give estimate of $90 which I declined (buying a brand new one for a little more). I went to pick the chainsaw up and it is literally in pieces in the box and no longer even resembles a chainsaw. They said they would have to charge me $20 to put it back together. I can understand they have to make money, but don't destroy my equipment and charge me to put it back together. How about an estimate BEFORE you totally break it apart and call me if the estimate changes! Never going back.
