Provided by YP.comThere is no manager on the weekends, so I was not able to communicate the problem I encountered with the employee to the management, still trying to seek help from the regional manager. On Sunday at 3 pm I came to gym and noticed that there are no towels in the back of the gym ( 3 stations were empty). I let the character behind the front desk, named 'Mo" know about it. The wise guy told me to wait till 4pm when another member comes in. The arrogance and ignorance from this individual were above the level that I could tolerate. After asking for a manager and getting a rude response "there are no managers", "mo" character told me that I am the only one out of 100s of people to complain about towels and laughed in my face. His disrespctful demeanor made me wish I was not a female at that moment, I felt helpless and insulted by this little guy, who supposed to be a trained employee. After I told him he should learn some basic people skills, the guy showed me to the door with his hand. Yesterday I came in and saw "mo" laughing in my face again telling his coworker "this is the one about towels" referring to me. I had no problems with this gym prior to the recent hire of the "helpful' mo, who obviously thinks he is something major and not a front desk staff member.
