Poorly maintained. Rusted coaches, poorly maintained closed up coaches. Electrical outlets not covered, exposed to rain. We had to cover with plastic bag as not to short out. Bathrooms don't have cooling fans or AC. Bathrooms have 2 stalls, no hooks for items. You must place things on bench area across room. Windows are open slotted rectangular and no screens. Peeping toms and mosqitoes would like to see you thru them. Shower area separated by shower curtain. Bath house across street and about block from pool. No facitlitys at pool area. All community areas were closed/locked. Pool great, almost olympic size. No trash available. Only picked up at site on Monday and Thursdays. No dump station for over nighters. Must use dump station at next door Highlands RV, also there exercise room, garbage containers. No sewer holes at sight for grey or black water. Supposed to be a gated community, closed at 5:30pm. We came in late one night, still open. Possibly off season, not set up for snow birds yet.
