I passed about 25 bike shops to get here. Bought a really hi end Specialized mtb from Tyler. He got me a great price, but more importantly he spent HOURS after the sale.



He got me set up on the bike for a perfect fit. Spent a lot of time showing me the bike.



Definite RECOMMEND! Especially for the bike enthusiast as they aren't just a nickle and dime place. They are well versed in their brands they carry as well as their customer service!

Well I had a great experience there I was received by a young salesman who knew plenty and help me buy two bikes a Hybrid and a road bike,I went three times for diffrent reasons to buy accs or adjust the seat and pedals every time I was received by a diffrent person and they all new what they were doing, it is a bussy place but i had a great experience the last time I went in to buy some lights a veteran by the name of Bob took care of me and it was great not only in how he resolve the matter but the knowledge and tips he gave me were worth a private coach class..

I was in the market for new pair of indoor cycling shoes. Searching for a local bike store I found Bike Generations on Hilsboro and went to their online store. I found a pair that I absolutely loved and knew I wanted based on the research I’ve done. When I stopped by their store to check out the availability I realized that what they had online wasn’t everything they carried in the store. They only had two choices for women’s spin shoes. I told them there was one in particular that I found on their website that I liked a lot. They didn’t care. They tried to sell me on one of the two styles that they had in the store. I told them it wasn’t what I wanted and they still tried to push it. They then tried to push it more by saying that it didn’t matter how it looked or what color they were because they were just shoes that I wouldn’t see them while riding anyways. I asked if I could show them the model online to see if they could get it for me and they pulled it up. He said yeah he could get it for me but didn’t know when they would come in. Then he pulls out a couple of sizes of the model that they did have in stock and tried to push those on me some more. I was thoroughly annoyed with what they were doing. Like used car sales men trying to get rid of what they had in inventory. I then went to another bike store that was recommended by a friend called Jim’s Bicycles in Deerfield off of Hilsboro and Powerline. I didn’t go there at first because they didn’t have a website so I didn’t know what they carried but from my experience with Bike Generations I guess it didn’t matter. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner, Jim, and he was so helpful and nice. He actually had the model that I wanted just not in my size so he said he could order it and get it in before the end of the week. His mannerisms were professional and pleasant so I am going to give him my business from here on out.
