Very disappointed with their follow up. We received a Notice of Disconnection of Service from City of Sunrise, we called last week, issue no solved. Call today, got the permit number, but the issue wasn't solved. This is the second year with the same permit issue... their personnel on the phone are not diligent...I had to wait for 10 minutes and call them back....NO GOOD AT ALL!!!

The worse service I have ever had is from these guys. they came in and LIED to me pretending to be the company I use. THESE GUYS ARE NASTY AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR A REPAIR THAT WAS NOT NEEDED. MY BACKFLOW NOW LEAKS (AFTER THEY "FIXED IT") EVEN THOUGH IT NEVER DID THAT BEFORE. I AM GOING TO CALL THE AUTHORITIES ON THESE CROOKS.

The same day I contacted this company they came on time and work was done immediately at a great price. We would recommend to everyone
