Do NOT get involved with this company. The owner, Carmino (Junior) Santos Jr. is a con man and liar of the first degree. I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum. In late 2015, it needed some bodywork and had some engine pinging. Junior presented himself as a car expert who was connected with area mechanics, and was confident he could get these issues resolved. However, he requested $1473 up front to carry out the repairs. I cut him a check for this amount in December 2015. DO NOT pay this man in advance; he will spend the money and never carry out the repairs.This is exactly what he did with me. Every time we checked him with him on the status of the car repairs, we always got an excuse or story as to why the work was not done; this carried on for almost a year. There were other shady things that occurred while Junior was "repairing" the car:* He took the car to a guy who was to repair the engine in the spring of 2016. The guy didn't know what he was doing, and he basically destroyed the engine. An independent mechanic looked at the car, and has stated that the engine needs to be replaced at this point. * In June, we managed to track down the location of the car, and upon inspecting it, noticed our tires were no longer on the car. Junior had taken the tires off, and given them to a friend of his for his Chrysler 300. After making a scene at the auto shop, we got the tires returned to us, but Junior still claims that the tires were on his friend's car "for safekeeping". * After months of inaction, we finally got Junior to take the car to the bodyshop. They made the repairs to the car, but Junior never paid them. He dodged them for several months, at which point, we paid the bodyshop and took back possession of the car in October.Since getting the car back, we've been trying to hunt down Junior to get our money returned. Over the last 4 months, he has created elaborate stories and lied about repayment. Thus far we've recouped only $200. As a result, I'm posting these reviews on every site I can find referencing BH Imports so that others do not get involved with this con man.
