I was lucky enough to get Ra'san. To do the service on my house today. He was friendly and happy and I could tell he was smiling under his mask. He asked me questions to see if I had any concerns and really listened. He did a really good job all on the eaves of my house for the spiders and webs. I feel so much better and comforted after all he did to keep the bugs out of my house. Please thank Ra'sad Murphy for me and I hope you keep hiring people like him. You have a valuable employee in him. People like him are who make me keep staying with your wonderful company. Thank you!

Poor service, and not helping with anything. I have more bugs that before. I get no service, and I can't cancel. This company does not cancel subscriptions. In fact, I am just being routed and forwarded from one place to another so I gave up and charged back the transaction.

I am so grateful for APTIVE - they are so customer service oriented. If you are looking for a Pest Control company that really cares about YOU, the customer, APTIVE is the BEST in the industry. I can't see myself going to anyone else in the industry. I have tried others like Truly Nolen and TrueGreen and came right back to APTIVE. I've been with them for over 3 years. They are the best!!! They really care about YOU as a customer, and they have exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful, especially during this time with the Coronavirus. Thank you, APTIVE!!! Pierre Hamel did an exceptional job, he is very courteous and very thorough. He goes over everything that has to done on the initial service.

I would leave 0 stars but I can’t. Worst service I’ve ever had! They would show up at my house and spray, so they say, and I wouldn’t be there for them to do the inside like we agreed upon. When I try to reschedule they said they would show up on a whatever day and time we would agree upon and they would NEVER show. This happened at least 3 times. On top of that they still continued to try to charge me for services they didn’t do. Oh and if you do decide to cancel like I did it’s a $160 cancelation fee. I have never once written a review about a company but this place needed one.

Aptive's salesman Tyler knocked at my door, offered a $69 one time service, after questioning over and over about the one-time fee and service, he switched the contract to a quarterly service without letting me know. That's why there are so many bad reviews and comments on social media. I ended up being charged for and extra service of $120 while I was not at home.

They emailed me a reminder to call them to make my next appointment, then they just came to my house without appointment, fumigated car space lawn (not even aware if I have children or pets) take a picture "Work done" then CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD!! How do you charge someone's credit card without even doing the whole job!? Definitely not a trust worthy company! Don't recommend them to anyone!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY CHARGE A LOT MORE THAN THEY OFFER.
On June a Salesperson knocked on my door, he was very professional and promised the world at a big discount, but unfortunately, it wasn't true!
The initial visit was not a big deal and they charged the amount as offered. For the second visit (after one month) one day in the middle of the week, around 3 pm, I received a text message from this company telling me they will be next day in my house at the morning for a second service. So I called them to tell I couldn't do because "hello!" I am working and I need to reschedule for a weekend, the lady replied the next two weekends were already taken and they cannot reschedule for more than two weeks. Then I said they cannot send me a short notice (just one day in advance) to let me know that and also I cannot adjust my time to them, I am the client!... all her reply was they will charge my cc and I should read the small letters on the contract. Long story short I talked with the supervisor and he got me scheduled for the weekend. What a surprise on the weekend I was waiting for these people in the morning as per my schedule but the guy didn't show up. Instead, I received a phone call from the company around 4 pm asking me if they could go around 6 pm to my house to do the service, obviously I refused that. After that incident there was no phone calls, no text messages... nothing... and one month after that I received again another text message from this company telling me I should be at home next morning for scheduled services. I tried to call them but no one replied. Today, they came to my house, no one was here so without my authorization they went to my front and back yard to do the external service because they couldn't get inside the house since no one was here, and guess what
?.... I just saw they charged $130.00 my cc. For a service no one authorized it and no one can tell if I really received or not. I really hope these people answer the phone and to get my money back.
Please be aware of these people and use them at your own risk.

Dan Alois performed pest control treatment on my home on 4/17/19. He was very professional and courteous. He called ahead to confirm when he would be at the property and he came on time. He asked about any issues or concerns when he came and then went to work. I had many millipedes in my yard and he took care of these, he also inspected the back yard and swept all spider webs. Before leaving he let me know he was done and I would let The company know if I had any other concerns. Dan is a dedicated technician and a great representative of his company Aptive. Thanks Dan!

The Service Technician (J. González) was very professional. He arrived within the time window, having called ahead to confirm when he would be at the property. The first thing he did was to ask about any issues or concerns, and then went to work. Before leaving he let me know he was done and that if I continued having problems, or if I had any other concerns, I could call the office. He also reminded me that I would receive an e-mail detailing the work completed. I love this company!

Jason Gonzalez was on time and checked to see if there was anything that has changed since the last time he was here. Asked how I was since he remembered that I had just had surgery the last time he was here. Very nice and caring.
