Went to return 170.00 boots that hurt his feet n they would not refund the money. They said they r doing us a favor by giving him a bigger size in the same boot. They do not have a refund policy sign up anywhere in the store n when I asked for their refund policy in writing they could not produce one. She stated they tell the customer they do not have a comfort policy. Meaning if the boot hurts ur feet, that's too bad ur stuck with them. She showed me a sign if the boot was defected, u would have to pay 10% of the shipping cost for the manucturer to find the defect. She also kept saying the boot company tells them there is no refund on their boots. So now 170.00 boots just sitting in his closet. These were Thorogood boots. I have to rate this store so I have to give 1 star per this page but actually they deserve NO stars at all.
