I took in a laptop for repair Dec. 19th 2009 and ended up pulling the laptop back from "Computer Guys" March 8th 2010. The entire experience was a mess, I never received any updates on the status of the repair and any time I contacted them for an update no one was quite sure what was going on with the repair. To top it off when I got back the laptop without repair almost 3 months later the power cable and clasp to close the laptop were GONE!. The "Computer Guys" assure me I will receive a new power cable but I have to say I'm less than confident given previous experience. Do yourself a favor STEER CLEAR OF "COMPUTER GUYS"!!!!
