First visit was great, we go to get refills for meds for our furbaby as instructed per vet, we were told they were not giving them to us until the dr looked at the request, it was the same thing he had given him 2 times before, ok, fine, so i was told i would be contacted that evening, 3 days later, no call, nothing, i was told to come in that 3rd day to get them, when i get there, the dr wanted to know the problem, i explained, it was no different, same as always, yet he wanted me to tell him something new, their was nothing new,, i explained this to 3 different ppl, once i did this for 3 days, 3 ppl, i finally was upset....he then tells me i should be more understanding,,leaves, then his receptionist tells him how rude I am and treats me the customer very very hatefully, i let the vet know, his response was this.." well you really deserved it"....after this,, i wll never do business here, it was obvious the animals or their owners are not top priority...i think 3 days was far to long to schedule an appt or to get a call for meds..then to be spoken to like that..very uncalled for, then i was told he would be happy to take me out of his files...the rudest vets clinic i have ever dealt with..and i will let anyone know that i can...they want money, not the satisfaction of treating and making pets well...
