During the "deep freeze" In Jan 2014, my heat went out when it was -9. At 900 a.m.,I called 2 big-companies in town who promised to be here today, and the charge would be $124 just to come out. at 500 pm they called and said it would be tomorrow. I called tru temp at 530 pm, they were closing. The owner actually had me come borrow 2 of his space heaters for free, and showed up at 900 am in the morning. They fixed the problem within the hour, and the charge was $60 less than the 2 other big-company quotes I had earlier in the day that never showed up!!!!! Call these people FIRST!!!!!!!
