I am the owner of property which contained my house and 3 businesses. Someone broke into my house, had puggsley container illegally put a container on my property, destroying my lawn, then proceeded to remove all my personal property and retail inventory. Then they did it again the next time I was not available. Phil Puggsley obviously does NOT verify that any customer has any RIGHT to be on property. This person had NO LEGAL RIGHT to be on my property, or to HIRE Puggsley container. I am holding Puggsley Container liable, because they PHYSICALLY REMOVED millions of dollars of RETAIL INVENTORY, and irreplaceable personal property, medication, medical devices I need, Military Records, US Government Property, leased equipment, etc... They aided and abetted and are accomplices to this CRIME! What kind of a contractor just puts a container anywhere because someone pays them to? I suppose Phil Puggsley will gladly put a container for you to do this at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Kmart, and any other Business location, they don't car that the doors and windows have been broken out and they see access was gained by FORCED ENTRY, and they obviously don't care about NEW RETAIL INVENTORY when the business is clearly marked and POSTED as a Government Contractor, Government Business Entity, Dish and DirecTV Retailer, they will NEVER ask to see your ownership of the property or question why you want to ILLEGALLY PUT ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT that is FORBIDDEN BY LAW from being out in a DUMPSTER or landfill!! They TOOK POSSESSION OF AND REMOVED STOLEN PROPERTY!!
