Dr. Mohammad Hasnain completed his geriatric fellowship from the University of Illinois Hospital, Chicago in 1999 and his nephrology fellowship from the University of Illinois Hospital, Chicago, in 1998. He completed his internal medicine residency from Cook County Hospital, Chicago in 1996. Dr. Hasnain completed medical school from Dow Medical College, Karachi, Pakistan in 1989. He is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology.
