I was waiting for someone to take my order at the counter of the E. Pershing Road KFC, and noticed an employee using her ungloved fingers to pull off a small piece of chicken and put it - and her fingers - into her mouth. She then continued to pull off small pieces of chicken 3 more times that I witnessed. This was from the same chicken that would have been given to the next customer. With all the germs and diseases going around now, I don't want her slobbers on my food. I reported this incident to the manager who said she would do something about it. I just wonder what they did with the chicken she had already touched with her saliva. The female employee did not seem to see anything wrong with what she was doing as she was facing the front counter - so how often does her spit end up on the same pieces of chicken that are served to us. This happened on August 25, 2009 at approximately 5:00 p.m. The only reason I marked one star is because I could not submit this with none marked.
I am glad to see that they finely remodeled to keep up with other KFC's. great place for a cheep fast buffet lunch.
