Been there twice this week, not open on either of the days they said they were, very disappointed, I was looking forward to getting my new rats.

ONE STAR! Not the best help on animals. was given no information on the animal that I bought. I'm new to buying this animal, you could obviously tell. He was absolutely no help. He also gave me a few things that weren't necessary at all. NOT satisfied with my service or the establishment what-so-ever!

Animals are all well cared for.
Staff are all knowable about animals, friendly, helpful.
Store is always exceptionally clean

Ken's always has a great selection of freshwater fish and always helpful! We travel 30 miles to get our fish from here. I highly recommend them!
