I liked the Springfield branch a lot. But the Decatur branch is rude and an unpleasant experience. The only friendly person is The male who used to work at the springfield one. And I was denied due to can't verify after 5 pm so why even stay open? And the last time they verified online and today refused. I felt like I was being accused of fraud and it is a government issued check. Bad business.
