Broke my HDMI port for my series x and made a few calls. All said it was about a month turn around time to get it back to me. Called jack and he told me about an hour. Sat in the shop and watched as well as had some fun talking with them and some customers. 100% recommend if you need repairs!

I wish I could give SIX stars here! Jack fixed my Xbox and his service was excellent. He communicated every step of the way and within 24 hours he was able to fix my Xbox. He was very prompt, professional and conscientious about his work. He followed up with me several times and even into the late evening to ensure that I had no issues with his solution. His prices are VERY VERY reasonable as well; MORE-THAN worth it. I intend to recommend him whenever I can. Now, you understand the NEED to give a SIXTH star here!!!

Jack was knowledgeable, professional, and fixed our Playstation the same day...replaced our fan along with other things it needed on the inside. And gave us a 30 day warranty. I would recommend to anyone.

I took my ps4 here today and they couldn't fix it. Lightning had fried the motherboard. These guys were knowledgeable, courteous, and I recommend them.

Great customer service and a quick repair. I had the red light on my both of my systems. Xbox and ps3. I thought it would only last for a couple of months. A year later their still working and never had a problem out of them. Thanks for the GREAT WORK! Would highly recommend anyone with problems with their system call this guy.
