My boyfriend ordered an arrangement for me online through the Fairview website. I was sent a different arrangement from what he ordered and called the next morning to complain. I was told a new arrangement would be sent to me immediately. In the end, after 3 days of phone calls and delivery promises a new arrangement did arrive, but was still not the one ordered. While staff were generally courteous, no offers were made to make up for the time lapse and instead I was told that it was bound to happen to someone this holiday.
