Most people here are nice. It's in a poorly managed shopping center with that attracts all types of weird people to boot. I have lost money washing clothes here twice. I also encountered one rude person on staff, a bald man.

After asking a question about free drying, the bald guy decided to give me an attitude about it. He told me to pretend like he wasn't there until exactly 9am. Then he proceeded to talk about "crazy" past customers to someone else there while I continued to do my laundry. I can't wait to get my own washer/dryer set so I can stop coming to this place very soon.

Great service, very clean, organized

Not sure about the previous encounter but as a regular as well I found this is the BEST laundry in Decatur, BY FAR. CLEAN, SAFE, and FRIENDLY. I started going here, out of my way form the one nearest me because of these qualities. The owners are present and extremely helpful, also reinvest their money repainting, keeping bathroom clean and updated, etc. Their machines are great quality also and I see the employees consistently cleaning them after use as well, you DONT see that just anywhere!

Very Clean Laundry! Lots of room and great courteous staff that simply surprised me....highly recommend this as your go to laundry and priced right! Easy to get in, get my laundry done comfortably and without the hassles like I've had with others. You'll see me there form now on!
