I Love captain's food products, I would purchase more, however, I cannot afford to. Thank you very much for the coupons, the coupons make it possible to me to purchase more, as I am on a very tight budget.

I made a purchase 2/02/06 at about 5:30pm. When I got home the order was not correct. I ordered bread stick instead of hushpuppies. My salad dressing had a hole in the package and one piece of fish was under cooked. The batter was thick and gooey. I tried to eat what I could. I decided to return the next day, 2/03/06 to let the manager know about the problem. I did not have the phone number to call. I was talked to in an unprofessional manner. The manager ask what did I want her to do about it. She made several comments that should not have been made. Then sh said that I didn't have any food to bring back. There were pieces of the hushpuppy and the thick batter from the fish in the container. The pieces of fish were small therefore there could not have been much let if I tried to eat it any way. She finally agreed to give me one piece of fish, a bread stick and a salad dressing. She was so ugly about it. I just decided that I would contact the corporate office and voice my complaint.
