I purchased a Washer and Dryer from location 1 year ago, so I went back to have them move the set from one location to another. Advised the owner that I have 12 steps at the new location and he quoted me a price, told me a time and I left a note with all housing information. All of this was arranged 1 week prior to today's date but I never got a call to confirm. I called to confirm the time and was told my name was on the list but management had never told the driver about the delivery or about the setup so, they would need to call me back for final confirmation of the delivery time. They never called so I called the location back only to find out from the owner that I he does not remember the conversation about the steps and the price he quoted is not enough. I asked, how come you just didn't to say the price would be different.. He said.. because we are not gonna come...it takes 2 people to deliver up stairs and I'm not sending 2 people. Just like that.. I said so you've jacked up my entire week waiting on you and you're not even courteous enough to call and say anything. He said it slipped his mind..... Wonderful way to lose a customer for life..

They were in a rush to bring the washer and dryer but very slow to fix them both been having problems with them both
