Worst cable company by far. I would never recommend their services to anyone. They outsourse their service people who come and hook up the cable, as well as the customer service reps. The service people have no idea what they are doing, and the people on the phone dont speak english. The rates were always increasing. They were so awful, that they let us out of the contract without an early termination fee because the service was so bad. Take the advise, use someone else.
