Reviews
I had some transmission repair work completed here on my new car. After driving my vehicle home, I found that they improperly serviced my transmission in a manner that could have damaged or destroyed it. After returning my vehicle to the dealership to be properly serviced, I calmly voiced my dissatisfaction and was told that it was not their fault that my vehicle was improperly repaired and that they refused to take any responsibility for what happened. Additionally, I had a very difficult time reaching a service representative to find out about the status of my vehicle, so that I could plan my busy and demanding schedule around picking it up once repairs where completed. I would call and leave a message but my calls where never returned.
