I have eaten here a number of times and have yet to be disappointed in any way. The steaks are great and cooked to perfection and the prime rib is awesome. This is one of the few restaurants that I have asked the manager to get the chef so we could commend him.
Friday night my sister, wife and I ate there. My sister had prime rib, wife had salmon and I had sirloin steak... again it was perfect.

Been sitting at Longhorns for 2 hours waiting our food. When the food finally came, they brought my wife the wrong steak, and my brother-in-law a raw steak (not rare, RAW) needless to say, my wife declined to wait for another 2 hours for them to cook another. She did not even get to eat. We will not be back, ever.
Had a great steak. It was cooked right and served with a smile. Atmosphere is comfortable and warm. My wife had a great chicken dish and the kids loved theirs. Great value for the money and they are open for lunch. New menu with Lunch stating at $7.99. Can't wait to return.
