Rude Rude and Rude is the experience I had in this shop. They didn't know their butts from a hole in the ground. Was given a time to be there and the guy who was supposed to be doing the tatoo never showed up. Some other idiot quoted me a price that was 70.00 more than the written quote I was given by the first person. Also gave me a line of BS about Florida state law regarding tattooing which was totally bogus ! I went someone else and got the tat I wanted at an even better price with better quality work. Bullys Tatoos isn't worth even the one star of this review.
