This was a horrible experience. Called at 10am to see if two used Jeeps were available. The person Cynthia I spoke with said they were. When I got there a half hour later they couldn't even find the vehicles. Felt like it was false advertising just to get us in the door. Then they refused to talk able used cars and only wanted to sell me a new car.

I wish I could give this place a negative 10 star rating! This is by far the worst dealership ever! Not only did Mike sell me a lemon car, but they were VERY rude to me when I took my car in for service! Then they quoted me on a price and changed it when it came time for me to pay, claiming to have told me this higher price from the beginning! I asked for my second key to my car, and Mike refused to give me one and preceded to tell me to call the 1800 number to complain! Then when I asked the service guy if my car had been seen yet, he said "maybe" and walked away! They are a bunch of rude crooks! Do not buy from them! Oh, and not to mention I've had to replace my brakes and battery and the driver window stopped working all after less than a year of me purchasing my vehicle from them! But they told me my car was out of warranty already, when my car is a 2012! I should have payed closer attention to the upset customers screaming at them EVERY TIME I went to this dealership! I'm very upset, and I feel cheated! Just terrible!

I bought my first two new Jeeps from Lochmore (since closed) and a 2012 Wrangler from Westborn. In complete honesty, WB is the absolute worst dealership I've ever experienced. The process of purchasing of my Jeep was below average and got much worse after I had to take it back for mostly routine work. Not only are their salespeople horrible but customer service and the repair dept is even worse. It is like once they sale you a vehicle they don't give a darn anymore. The very last time I was there I left after cursing out the repair shop for having my vehicle for 8 hrs for a job they told me would take 2-3. They never offered to take me home or give me a loaner or anything. Even after speaking to the repair shop manager and expressing my displeasure, I wasn't offered anything to make me feel a little better about spending my whole day in their waiting area. The least he could've done was offer me a couple of free oil changes, a free tank of gas, or SOMETHING! I left with a promise to them that I would never return for anything! I spent over 35 grand for the Jeep, the least they could've done was treat me with respect. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by selling me a car, not the other way around! This took place sometime in the summer of 2013. Well, a month ago I traded in the 2012 Jeep and leased a 14 Charger. My girlfriend also leased a 14 Jeep Patriot 3 months ago and her Dad bought a 14 Jeep Cherokee 6 months ago. Needless to say, neither vehicle was purchased at Westborn!! I've told all my Chrysler co-workers about the poor customer service at WB. I got my Charger at Suburban and I was treated very well. The experience was like night and day. Westborn is a dirty little hole in the ground dealership compared to Suburban. And it is obvious the salespeople at Suburban have been trained properly on how to make the customer happy. Without customers they realize they won't have a job. Someone needs to convey that message to Westborn or they might go the way of Lochmore.

I have never, ever been treated with such blatant disrespect and rudeness in my life. This dealership scammed my 65 year old mother into signing a lease. They are conatrists and should not be allowed to even sell Chrysler vehicles. The sales manager is rude and should be fired for the way he treats customers. I warn everyone to stay as far away from them as possible.

The guys here are awesome. Nice. They work to get you into a brand new vehicle. Westborn is the place to come. I am so grateful for Mike & the gang!! I will definitely be referring these guys to everyone!

I brought a 2014 Chrysler 200 in its in the shop They sell lemon and are pocketing ur money and stealing your bank account information DON BUY RUN AWAY TONY FERGUSON, BRYAN SALGOT, DAVID KERG, AND THE OWNER TIM MOORE ARE ALL SHADY AND IS NOT HONEST THEY ALL HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AND EVEN THE INTERNET MANAGER CYNTHIA ARE ALL FULL OF IT PLEASE DON'T GO HERE

Words cannot describe the lack of unprofessional service they we received. I'll try my best to make this short. I agreed to buy a used car off their lot as long as they paid the remaining three months on my lease and write off the fact there was a small bump on the door. Of course they said "sure no problem" another later I was receiving phone calls from my old lease asking where my car payment was. I told them that "I had turned that car into the dealership and bought a new car" they replied with " not according to us you didn't"....so westborn took my lease, sold my the new car, and never paid my lease off. When I asked them what they did with my lease they said. "Oh it's just sitting here in the back, come pick it up if you want!" ....when I confronted the owner he literally told me that it was MY FAULT FOR NOT MAKING SURE HIS SALESMAN GAVE ME THE RIGHT PAPERWORK!!! and no this is not a joke....after a long battle I ended up having to pay nearly 1500 dollars outta pocket, until I sued westborn for the money... Which obviously I easily won back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE IDIOTS! I can guarantee The positive reviews on here are from either employees or the owner making up names! Hope this helps at least one person. Go 5 minutes down the road to the next ex Chrysler dealer and save yourself a trip to hell!

Andy at this dealership has treated us very well. Took our old Blazer (lemon) off our hands and has provided us with lease deals that are great. No matter how busy the dealership is he is ready for us when we come in. Andy will treat you well.
