Total Screen Printing Company is completely family owned and operated. Production is handled at our home shop based in Dearborn, Michigan. We pride ourselves on being a positive force in our community and offering the very best service to our friends and clients! Our philosophy is simple: We do all the work! From customer service, designing, printing, photography, shipping, web site design, and trying to watch our kids at the same time! By doing this, we are able keep our overhead low which gives you the customer a great deal, without having to sacrifice on quality. We take tremendous pride in our work and your satisfaction is our top priority. So how does it all come together? Step 1.) Choose Your Artwork/Design: Have your own artwork or just an idea of what you want? Either way you're covered. Want us to design your shirt for you? No problem - Total Screen Printing has thousands of pieces of clip art to choose from as well as an art department which is fully capable of designing custom artwork. We also offer reasonable rates for custom artwork design. Just bring us your ideas, and we’ll get them on a shirt! Step 2.) Choose Your Shirt Style: Looking for a budget T-shirt? How about a high end fashion fit shirt, or maybe you’re looking for Polo shirts or Hoodies? We can match your artwork with the right colors, materials, and styles that fit your budget and make your artwork really pop. We’ll provide plenty of examples of so that you can make the right decision for you. Step 3.) Lock In Your Printing Rate: Let us know how many shirts you need, and we’ll give you a per shirt rate that is locked in. – No hidden fees, just an easy to understand price per item! Step 4.) Initial Deposit and Proof Approval: With all jobs we require a 50% downpayment for work to commence, and before we begin to print your items we will have you approve a final Proof. This Proof will be an exact copy of how your design will appear. By approving this Proof we know that we can guarantee your satisfaction as every item we print for you will turn out exactly as you like. Step 5.) We Print Your Order: After we’ve finished printing your shirts we’ll ship OR deliver your gear to you. If you prefer you can pick them up from our shop as well. The remaining 50% balance will be required at the completion of the job. We save your design(s) on file for your future printing needs, you sign off on our easy to understand invoice. We get back to work on other jobs and you enjoy your brand new printed shirts. Step 6.) So what are you waiting for?
