Called gave good feedback. Very polite and trained well. Talked to geek squad. Great help. I appreciated all the assistance i received from them. Helped with my problem with patience.

Anime selection is limited however employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The Gamer's Club is great.

I am very disappointed in the client service Best Buy, one of America's most established electronic stores. I my self am a small business owner and would never let my store operate6in such matter. I've been in Dearborn all my life and because it is the only one in the area I always came here. But not once have I had a good experience. The securitys at the door are always foolin with employees whom never great. The sales or client service reps do not assist unless you walk up to them and if u do they brush up off or tell you it's not there department. Where is the client service? We want to buy make it simple and friendly. Jeez God bless Amazon. They make it so simple.

The reason why I took the time to post this review is specifically because the past 3 times over been here in the past 4 months I always said I want to leave a review and never end up doing it.

Good store. But the nerd squad or what ever their called are really jerks. So we got this canon camera that had problems that kept happening to others that they didn't tell us about. And it was like $600! We just wanted to get a replacement different model and they said oh, well if u get the nerd squad protection plan we could do that but... And all of that crap. Wouldn't recommend them.

If I were you I would avoid this store at all cost! They honestly are clueless about technology & if your less than 40 years old then they treat you with zero respect. I called them to ask if they had a product in stock. I asked him are you POSITIVE that it's the one I want and NOT the one that has a similar name. The idiot said yes. I confirmed it by asking him for the prices and it was indeed the one. Drove down to the store only to find out it was never in stock. Argued with the manager, honestly he's more clueless than his employees, and left there storming. Made sure they looked like bafoons before I left. Go to the one in Allen Park...they actually know the difference between Asus & Acer.

I had a great experience at this Best Buy location. I called to make sure they had a diswasher in stock and the employee checked for availability and placed the diswasher on hold until I was able to get to the store. Once I arrived at the store the dishwasher was waiting on me and everyone was so helpful and friendly.

I got A flat Screen for a gift and after a few month the back Light went out. There warranty is 30 days wanted 149 dollars to fix something that only cost 129. Do you really want to shop there? do you realy want to waste your Money! Not just this store but all Best Buy's

good customer service/knowledge with computer routers

I had gotta my 50 inch Song Wega Grand TV from Best Buy and was so happy becasue they delieved it right to my door and set it up. Wonderful people and good things in this store.
