I took my 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe to V.I.P. Carwash of Dearborn Heights, so the inside can be detailed. When I went to pick up my Tahoe it looked the same as I dropped it off. I was fuming, because they wanted to charge me $100, for nothing. He claimed he shampooed the leather, and carpet. The leather seats had spots all over them just as I dropped it off, there was still dirt in between the leather, cup holders were still mottled and held grime, inner lining roof of the car was full of stains, and he had the audacity to tell me I did not want to spray it cause the lining of the roof is going to fall off, as if he was speaking to a child, carpet was still soiled. The dash board looked as if they sprayed some type of chemical and forgot to wipe it down, and now has spots all over the dash. The rear row seats fold down, and have carpet on the back side, and they did not even vacuum the carpet. As a matter of fact I can still see the dirt in the carpet. The baffling fascination is the car was NOT that dirty when I took it there, and still they managed to miss spots, and do an awful job. The outside of my car was scratched, and there are dents in my car. I will never ever go their again, and I urge you NOT to go there. I am a sincere, honest, straightforward, caring person, and I am doing this because I care about good people. I am sickened of wicked people, like V.I.P. Car wash, who take advantage of innocent people. I am disgusted with the awful work V.I.P Carwash of Dearborn Heights did with my Truck, and with my hard earned money. They did not even apologize to me or even show the slightest bit of remorse for what they did to my Tahoe. I hope you do not get deceived, swindled, and cheated as I did.

I took my 2010 premium convertible mustang to this place, and left with numerous dents and scratches down to the metal on the hood of my car. not only were the scratches and dents ALL OVER the hood, not one of the at least 8 people that touched the car bothered to own up to it. IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE THAT YOU LOVE TO DEATH, DONT TAKE IT HERE!

I had never taken my car through a tunnel wash, always washed it myself, but reviews from people made me think I could trust them to do a good job, instead, my car looks like I dont care about it at all!!!



$30 car wash= $500 deductible = NOT WORTH IT!!!
