They were the best price I found to install a new furnace and they also were nice. Then the dark cloud came over. The techs knocked down molding in my basement and failed to mention that Used my bathroom(without asking) and didnt flush. I could hear their casual conversation from upstairs about personal information they were discussing on their phone. Afterwards I called the co to tell them about my broken molding and the surprise left in my toliet. He offered to send the same techs over to nail the broken pieces back up. No thanx the same liable fools again NO. So I left a message for the owner to call me about the situation but when I got a call it was the same ol man from before. Saying your not going to talk to the owner your talking to me. Situation remains unresolved. Then 1 1/2 years later I found out that they didnt complete the permit. So the city sent a letter saying they will receive a ticket. So they quickly jumped on the defense and blamed me. At that point she was over talking me with a bad attitude. I did respond in the same manor and worst.

I called Mechanical Heating and Cooling to come out to repair my broken furnace. They were able to come out within about 4 hours of my call, and replaced the ignitor in my old furnace at a very reasonable price. The service man was friendly and informative. I called because the previous owner of my home had obviously used this company before (based on the sticker on the furnace) and I would use this company again.
