Went to Cassar for a divorce from my ex wife that I hadn't lived with in 8 years so I could marry my girlfriend of 2 years. I would of divorced my ex wife sooner had she not threatened to keep my son from me if I did - she wanted to double dip welfare and child support. Cassar was rude to his female staff and rude to my girlfriend who came to the meeting (she was paying). I have memory issues after a Traumatic Brain Injury I suffered serving in the military and my girlfriend came to help sort the facts out. For example - Cassar asked how much I pay in child support a WEEK, I responded $200, and my girlfriend chimed in that it was $200 a month not a week, and Cassar responded with "Did you marry them as well? Then I'm going to have to ask you to be quiet and sit in the corner. This doesn't concern you." She was offended and so was I. He also tricked me with friend of the court saying he'd charge me a second visit to fix HIS mistake. I would have gone elsewhere if he wasn't so cheap.

The referee gave me ex girlfriend sole legal custody and sole physical custody. I had two high end attorney's that were not able to get me anything better. I desperately needed a new attorney. I set up a meeting with Rob and I knew he was a fighter and would work hard for me. I went from nothing to joint physical custody and joint legal custody plus more parenting time than I ever thought possible in a matter of a few months. Robert will forever be my family's hero!
