I have been going to Al and his team for years now. Actually, my whole family that’s local for there too! Al gives a fair price and stands by it. He fixes what he says and it’s ready when he says it will be. I highly recommend them, they’re like going to see old friends when you walk in and take care of you from the time you walk in, until you walk out with your vehicle.
I had a terrible experience at this shop. I took my van in 2 weeks ago and they told me that the ticking noise in my engine could be fixed by repairing the valve lifters. The shop assured me they could fix the noise. I got my car back and it was even noisier. They said that I needed a new engine now.Two weeks later, I took it to them for my car not starting. They told me to take the car home and try a few things myself as they didnt have time to work on it, but they thought it was a fuel pump. I had read online about Chrysler fuel relay going bad. I called the the owner Al and he assured me it cannot be that. So I took the car back, I asked them to test the fuel pump and the relay anyway, but again they didnt test anything. Al told me there is no way to test these things. I trusted them and they told me again that all signs point to a fuel pump. Since I trusted their knowledge, I approved the fix and then again the next day, my car would not start. So I took the car to another shop and they tested the fuel relay and they knew right away it was bad. So they fixed it and found They had broken the clip that holds up the fuel pressure line and just replaced it with a cable tie. The new shop told me that this was a fire hazard. I called A & C and all they had to say was, we are sorry. I paid for $537.00 for a repair I did not need and was never tested or looked at and they will not give me any kind of refund. Not only that, they broke parts while working on the car and did not fix them the correct way.
I want to give 0 star if I could. I am wondering how can a shop that cannot do wheel alignment right got over 4 star overall. Are you paying someone for higher rates?
The story is my girl friend did an alignment for her Chevy, because the steering wheel is not facing straight when the car is driven straightly. Guess what happened. The staffs are extremely rude when I say it is still not facing straightly. They blame the road is not flat. Computer did this. They said they did this for a living. They know what they are doing. Well, I have some career advice. Consider changing your career. You may suffer from starving if you run a shop couldn’t even do alignment right. Even you cannot do things right. At least be nicer instead of being rude. Let people know that is the best you can do. Alignment is beyond your shop’s capability. Your shop can only do oil change “sometimes”.
I took my girlfriend car to a technician whom I have been working for a while. Got things right.
Please avoid this shop for any service.
Been here 3 times and so far 3 for 3, good service, not expensive, honest, and I would come back again.
These guys are Great! Gave a fair estimate, worked on "only" the issues!
Had my Jeep back to me quickly.I'm going to tell everyone about Al and his team...

Atmosphere was nice and service was excellent. The prices were better than anywhere in the area that i looked. I would return for future auto service with this shop.
