      Fabulous dining experience. Menu changes daily, true gourmet.

      The atmosphere is cozy, quaint and historic. The menu is very impressive; I had a Veal Chop and it was delicious. The server knew the menu by heart and the service level was among the highest I can rate. I will be back and I highly recommend this to any visitor to the Carbondale area (which this place is less than 10 miles north of)..
