They fail to issue rebates offered. I bought a furnace for $2800 Jan 18th I was promised a $150 gov rebate a $100 J&D rebate and a $100 rebate. I only recieved my $150 gov rebate. I contacted them several times they are hostil when I talk to them and always say it is in the mail. Dont use them they lie.
