Hidden Valley is an active adult retirement community, accepting residents 55 years or older. Our beautiful community is located in Volusia County Florida, and it is the perfect combination of affordable manufactured homes, coupled with an active senior mobile home park. It is important to let you know that we do not allow pets in the park. Owners Dick and Jeane Schuler started the construction of Hidden Valley in 1957 and have owned and managed the park ever since. Their two children, Mark and Deanna, were raised in the DeLeon Springs retirement community and have many fond memories of life centered on social interaction with their many, many grandparents. They are now grown, teach school in the local area and take an active interest in the affairs of the park. Mark runs the sewer plant and helps with the water treatment process while Deanna works with the park’s finances. Our active senior retirement community (and mobile and manufactured home park) is located in gorgeous DeLeon Springs, just minutes away from historic DeLand, Florida. Residents enjoy a quiet, natural, country setting with access to the many treasures of Volusia County, like gourmet restaurants, state and national parks, lively downtown districts, beaches, golf courses, and more. Our northwest Volusia County location in Central Florida is about 25 minutes away from Daytona and New Smyrna Beach and 45 miles north of the bustle of Orlando.
