Precision Custom Products was established in 1976 with one machine, one customer and two associates located in an abandoned country church building. Since the company s founding, PCPI has emerged as one of the leaders in North American in close-tolerance, engineering grade thermoplastics molding. Serving customers throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe, PCPI has evolved into a custom injection molder. Within the company s 40,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, PCPI operates nearly 15 integrated injection-molding centers and peripheral assembly systems. PCPI s presses range from 22 ton/one ounce to 300 ton/25 ounce tonnage and shot capacity. Production operations are maintained 24 hours a day, 5 days per week. Resin material options include more than 300 of the latest engineering polymers developed for impact durability, thermal endurance, conductivity control and corrosion resistance. Headquartered in De Graff, Ohio, the company is privately owned and employs nearly 75 people.
