Love this place have been staying at Sunrise Ridge since 1996, always clean, helpful staff and the best view in the Smokies.

I would like to now what you have to do to get someone to answer your calls or even return your calls when you are trying to book your vacation. These people have the worst customer service skills I have ever tried to work with. Am I right? I challenge any member to let the rest of us know about a positive experience anyone has had with them! I hated to click on one star to rate them - they don't deserve any stars!!!!

These people are unethical swindlers. You buy into the property and are told you can request a reservation no earlier than 30 days in advance, then when you go to make a reservation, there is nothing available and you're told it was reserved 1 yr ago. However, they will certainly collect your maintenance fees which go up higher and higher every year. Do yourself a favor and check the internet for inexpensive hotels and cabins. Don't make my same mistake in thinking you're getting a bargain with a timeshare. It is the ultimate rip off!
