Great professional and personal service. The owner, Lori, did has done my Daughter's main/pedi several times. She does a nice job, spends time with her clients and listens. A refreshing change from those walk in foreign speaking salons that seem to be popping up everywhere. Highly recommend!

Had a mani/pedi here this week. I walked in and was accommodated, but it seemed an inconvenience to the owner that I did not have an appointment. Pedicure was slow and ok overall. Manicure was a BUTCHER job. She made my cuticles bleed. My fingers still hurt. No soaking of nails, which I have not experienced before. No hand massage. Really poor. I had purchased a Living Social coupon and when I asked what the actual cost of the service would have been to calculate the tip. I was shocked to hear it was $72. What a rip off for a mani/pedi service. Needless to say, I will not return. Very disappointing.
