Management and maintenance staff are good people who treat residents with respect and respond right away to problems. There is a community feel with a monthly newsletter and seasonal events. Apartments, hallways and grounds always in good shape! Parking in front of units or close by. Neighbors are nice.

DON'T DO IT!!!!!. The management there is rediculous. It's really just one specific person but their own co-workers want her gone and from their co-workers mouths...they have placed a bad name on stillwater....they can't even communicate with you when asked...lies...they state I was sick for a couple of days...you can't honestly say that when i drive right past you every morning on the same road and you are leaving when some of my coworkers i referred there are getting home....they wanna keep my deposit because they felt as if I was being rude and never was I able to get the apartment evaluated with management, I did the walk through with a maintainance guy and he gave the apartment a seal of approval, nothing broken and not charging 5.00 per nail hole in the wall like others state they do.
